V4S will not update from V28

Mine works perfectly, and here is what I did. Contact VANTRUE support support@vantrue.net. Ask them to send you all the .bin files for the updates. The updates on their website don't work. Next, format the card in your camera. Take the card out of your camera and attach it to your computer. Add the update. Note: you can only go one update at a time. You can't go from V31 to V49, it has to be V39 to V47, and then V49. Make sure camera is turned off then insert the card and turn on. The camera will do the update, takes around a minute. After update is done and you verified it's the right one, then format card on the camera and put V49 on the card. After last update is done, format card again and you're done.
