When I connect the camera with USb to the MAC (Mini) I get an error message that the MAC (macos 13.0.1) can not connect to the camera (VTX4S2D.V31) and can not access the files on the camera.
With a Windows 10 notebook, the reading of the memory card is possible without any problems.

Camera updated to the latest firmware. Still the problem present. Original cable and also used another one.
Also changed the port. (USB-C with adapter and USB-A) The problem occurs on Mac Mini M1 and also on MacBook Air M1.
Windows 10 Note still works.
Many greetings
I have the same problem. Using original cable does not solve it. Mac OS 12.6.3. Same result with Sandisk, Lexar, or Transcend microSD. Cards format fine in the Dashcam. Can transfer files off the camera with IOS app via wifi. Will not read either off card reader. Get the following message everytime: "The disk you attached was not readable by this computer. 2013 MacPro.
Did you use the original type c usb data cable which came with the dash cam? Please try another usb port on the MAC or use card reader to have a try. Thanks.
