Unit will not charge since new, 6 months old. Plugging the camera in to power illuminates the red charge light on the OK button for only about 30 seconds then shuts off regardless of the power source. Latest firmware installed yesterday. Unable to use Park feature as the unit will not stay on due to no charge in the battery.

As stated in my original post, the unit will not charge and stay powered on no matter how long it is plugged into house power, the cable that is used or if connected by the USB port on the camera body or windshield mount. The red charge light will either not come on at all, light for about 15 seconds or up to 3 minutes before going out. Within 2 seconds of disconnecting the camera from any power source, the unit shuts off.
Having to post in this forum or send an email that takes 24 hours or more to receive a response is a poor way to manage the customer experience. While the performance of the camera is quite good, the lack of live, real-time support is a poor way to do business.
