Generally, it automatically enters the parking mode after parking for about five minutes. If you set at motion detection, the screen will be off when park and the red or green indicator light on the bottom right of the screen will be on. But if you set at collision detection, the cam will power off when park and will only power on when it sense vibration and will start recording.
