I've using the E2 for two weeks, only 5GHz WiFi is able to be connected with Android (Samsung S10) and iPhone 11. iPhone X is not able to connect with 2.4GHz or 5GHz. Anyone has the same issue?
May I ask whether your cam model is E2? If yes, please update to the latest firmware version to have a try. The latest firmware version is E2_VT-EBK161.
